Kriya, meaning "rituals" in Sanskrit, are our half and full-day Signature Spa Rituals, programmes designed to guide our Guests through a series of treatments and a process of transformation that is deeply rooted in the Hindu philosophy of attaining higher knowledge and spiritual growth.
All Signature Spa Rituals begin with the Kriya Ritual, a sea salt foot soak and Chakra stimulation that cleanses your energy and prepares you for your healing journey. At the conclusion of your Ritual you will be served a light, macrobiotic, wholesome fruit and vegetable blend that will continue to nourish your body as you relax in the comfort of your private spa villa.
