Spa Reception

Reservations
To make your reservation at Kriya Spa please dial extension 84400 from within the hotel. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Spa Hours
The Spa is open 9:00am to 9:00pm daily.
Pre-Arrival Information
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and familiarise yourself with our facility.
Please avoid sunbathing, eating a heavy meal, and consuming alcohol prior to treatment as this may negatively affect your experience.
Special Note for Women
Women are requested to remove their make-up prior to any treatment and to avoid shaving prior to a body exfoliation treatment. Additionally, it is our recommendation that stimulating body treatments are not appropriate for women who are pregnant: no body massage during the first trimester and no full-body treatments throughout the pregnancy.
Post-Spa Considerations
Please allow for a 15-minute relaxation session in the comfort of your private spa villa after treatment.
We advise all guests to avoid sun exposure immediately following treatment. Aromatherapy oils are most effective if left on the body for at least 12 hours after treatment.
Cancellation
Please notify Kriya Spa 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time should you need to change or cancel your reservation so that you may avoid being charged in full for scheduled services. A 50% cancellation fee will be levied for treatments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time. No-shows will be charged the full amount for missed services.
Service Charge
In an effort to make your spa experience as seamless as possible, a 10% service charge will be added to the cost of your service. Additional gratuities for your service provider(s) are subject to your discretion.
Prohibited
Smoking and photography are strictly prohibited in and around the Spa.
Right of Refusal
The Spa reserves the right to refuse certain treatments to guests with medical contraindications and/or guests under the influence of alcohol.
Age Limitation
Children under age 14 are not permitted in the spa facilities. Please do not leave children under the age of 14 unattended in Spa Reception.

Items purchased in the spa retail area are non-returnable, although exchanges can be made on a case-to-case basis; please contact Spa Reception.
