With five hotel restaurants to choose from, Grand Hyatt Bali offers a wide range of international cuisine including Balinese dishes at Pasar Senggol, the Balinese night market, and at the Watercourt, poolside Italian dining at Salsa Verde, genuine international specialities from the best of Asia and Europe's myriad of cuisine at the Garden Café, and Nampu, the hotel's Japanese restaurant.
Garden Café
Set within an authentic Chinese country house and serving international specialities.
Hours: 6.30 am to 1.00 am, with a capacity of 220 people.
Salsa Verde
At Salsa Verde, a poolside Italian restaurant overlooking the pristine Indian Ocean, guests may savour a lively selection of antipasti, pizzas and seafood in a sunny and casual setting.
Hours: 7.00 am to 11.00 pm, with a capacity of 180 people.
Pasar Senggol
Grand Hyatt Bali's Balinese village and night market, where guests can linger amongst an array of stalls offering a wealth of Balinese dishes, alongside artisans creating a host of handicrafts.

The Watercourt Restaurant
Enjoy a relaxing resort breakfast amidst splashing fountains, delicate birdsong and sweet-smelling flowers. The Watercourt Restaurant has a capacity of 210 people.
Hours: 6.30 am to 10.30 am
Nampu
Japanese cuisine at its best with open kitchens, a teppanyaki section and a sushi bar.
Hours: 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm, with a capacity of 151 people.
