Balinese Night Market
Pasar Senggol is an open-air extravaganza of Balinese culture, drama and cuisine. Inspired by the traditional Pura (Hindu Temple), Pasar Senggol is a contemporary Balinese village situated in the heart of the resort. Ceremonies are still held here and the village High Priest comes daily to bring new offerings.

Guests linger amongst an array of stalls offering a wealth of international and Balinese dishes, alongside artisans creating a host of handicrafts. Dining under the night sky, surrounded by beautiful gardens, guests are also entertained with a legendary Balinese dance performances, ranging from the hypnotic Kecak Dance to the legendary Ramayana Ballet, accompanied by various Balinese orchestral ensembles.

Balinese Palace
The Grand Ballroom is transformed into an opulent palace with a distinctly elegant Balinese feel and just a hint of Western flair. Rich colours of gold, copper and burgundy drape the dining tables and chairs, boasting large hand crafted copper candelabra and over-sized block candles adorn the tables. Traditional music fills the room with sounds from the past, and the artistic Balinese dance performances create a perfectly balanced ambience. Combined with authentic Balinese cuisine and excellent wine, the Balinese Palace adds an air of grandeur to any event.

Fisherman's Village
As the sun sets on another Balinese day, the event is about to begin. Walk though an entrance of tropical foliage, fishing nets and palm leaf archways to the exclusive beachfront of Grand Hyatt Bali. Traditional Balinese fishing boats mark the sand, adding vibrant colour and authenticity to the event and becoming the dining tables at which the sumptuous buffet is enjoyed. The smells of fresh seafood grilling on barbeques fill the sea air, as guests sip on tropical blended cocktails.
